By downloading, installing, or using EarningEdge ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

EarningEdge is a mobile application that provides:

A calendar of upcoming earnings calls for US-listed companies.
AI-generated analyses of earnings call expectations, powered by third-party AI models.
A simulated portfolio tracker where users can record stock positions and monitor performance.
Performance statistics based on the user's recorded positions.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information, analyses, and scores provided by EarningEdge are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as:

Financial advice or investment recommendations
An offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities
A guarantee of future performance or results
Professional financial, tax, or legal advice

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. EarningEdge and its creators are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.

4. AI-Generated Content

The analyses provided by the app are generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Users should independently verify any information before making investment decisions.

5. Data Accuracy

Financial data (stock prices, EPS estimates, earnings dates) is sourced from third-party providers. While we use reputable data sources, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.

6. Subscription and Payments

EarningEdge offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

Free tier — limited access to earnings calls, positions, and AI analysis summaries.
Pro subscription ($7.99/month) — unlimited access to all features, including full AI analysis, earnings history, and unlimited positions.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarningEdge and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the app
Any investment decisions made based on information provided by the app
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or financial data
Losses incurred from stock market investments
Interruptions in service or data availability

8. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you acknowledge that:

Investing in the stock market involves risk, including the potential loss of principal.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
The portfolio tracker is for personal record-keeping and does not execute real trades.
You will not rely solely on the app's AI analysis for investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in EarningEdge are the property of the app's creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
